Frank BordenFrank W. Borden

Frank Borden and Bob Lee formed their partnership in 1996, combining their extensive experiences in the emergency preparedness field. Their firm specializes in emergency and security management and developing innovative emergency response programs for the workplace

Frank was Assistant Chief and Commander of the Training and Disaster Preparedness Division and a 36-year veteran of the Los Angeles City Fire Department. He is widely known for developing numerous innovative programs, such as CERT and ICS, and is frequently requested to conduct post-disaster investigations and evaluations around the world.

Frank's professional qualifications include a BS in Human Relations and Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco and graduate studies at Loyola Marymount University. He is a graduate of the National Fire Academy Fire Executive Officer Program and is a member of the National Institute of Urban Search and Rescue, the International Association of Emergency Managers and Numerous other industry related organizations.

Bob LeeRobert G. Lee

Bob was Vice-President and Director of Corporate Security and Emergency Management for Great Western Financial Corporation. In his 30+ year career, he has personally managed the responses to and recoveries from earthquakes, hurricanes, fires, floods, riots and a plane crash. He is the author of a best-selling book on emergency planning and has written numerous Publid and Private Sector plans and manuals on Emergency Planning and Management.

Bob is a Certified Business Continuity Planner (CBCP), a Certified Protection Professional (CPP), a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), a Certified SEMS/ICS Instructor, and a Licensed Private Investigator (CA PI). His formal training includes courses in crisis management and public administration at the University of Southern California, and other related industry training through the Liberty Mutual Safety Institute and the Industrial Risk Insurers Fire/Life Safety Institute. Bob retired from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department in 1978.
