Gap Analysis
Goal:
Prioritize your organization's current risks and vulnerabilities and
scope a project to bring your readiness capability to an acceptable level.
DSPN’s expertise identifies gaps caused by current external, internal,
natural, or man-made hazards, as well as hidden operational and financial
risks that have the potential to put you “out of business”. Using
our knowledge of best practices in the industry, we then define the parameters
of a project to reduce your exposure to an acceptable level.
Deliverables:
-
Review your current life safety and damage assessment plans.
-
Review your current business continuity/recovery documents.
-
Conduct an on-site visit to key locations and interview the appropriate
executive oversight group.

key business unit managers.

Prepare a Business Impact Analysis (BIA) based on the above activities.
