Telecommunications Plans
Goal:
Create a recovery plan for the Information
Systems business unit that is consistent with the recovery time objectives
of the business units it supports.
Deliverables:
- Facilitate documentation of current equipment,
agreements, configurations, and other technical elements.

Design and deliver planning document components
through an interactive workshop with key IS and Telecommunications representatives.

Facilitate the development of various IS and
Telecommunications teams based on the IS strategy to be deployed.

Facilitate the development of the plans with
IS and Telecommunications coordinators.

Review the draft plans for completeness and
cohesiveness.

Conduct tabletop exercise with key IS and
telecommunications representatives to test the completeness of their restoration
strategy.

Formally review IS and Telecommunications
plans, identifying any additional documentation required.
