Goal:
Create a comprehensive Information Systems recovery strategy based on recovery time objectives established by the various business units 

• Interview key department managers to determine what business functions need to continue, what applications support those functions, and how soon the functions must resume.
• Based on department requirements, investigate and document available recovery solution alternatives with vendors and suppliers.
• Evaluate and document pros and cons of alternatives and present recommendations to executives.
