Goal:
Identify gaps in your life-safety program while improving the capabilities of your life-safety team.

Deliverables:

• Design and conduct an emergency response drill based on the type of disaster most likely to occur (evacuation, drop-cover, shelter-in-place).
• Facilitate the critique session with the emergency response team immediately following the drill.
• Documented report identifying issues and action items identified as a result of the drill.
