About Virgil Graf, 
Certified High-Rise Life Safety Consultant

Virgil has been a DSP consultant since 1990. Prior to joining DSP, he had an extensive career with Pacific Bell. For the last five years of his Pacific Bell career he was Safety Manager for the Los Angeles area, in charge of overseeing the safety program for over 10,000 employees.

Virgil specializes in assisting clients in creating comprehensive emergency response programs, addressing all elements of life-safety and damage assessment. He also advises clients on how 

to setup and equip their emergency operations centers (EOC) and assist them in ordering the proper amount of emergency food and supplies for the entire organization.

Virgil is a Certified High-Rise Life Safety Consultant with the City of Los Angeles (Certificate #0052). This certification is required for any high-rise located in the city to be able to design a comprehensive life-safety evacuation program.
